You will oversee high‑impact media and data delivery, collaborating with Research, Sales, Product and Marketing to align field activity with business priorities. This role blends leadership with hands‑on field presence and data-driven improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and developing a team in a corporate environment.
• Fluent in French and English with strong communication skills.
• Experience in field research, data collection or related operations.
• Strong project management and KPI-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Field Researchers across Paris and French markets.
• Plan and coordinate field coverage across campaigns to optimize resources.
• Maintain field presence and provide hands-on coaching.
• Oversee photography, drone imagery, video, Matterport and data quality.
• Review media and data against CoStar standards with timely feedback.
• Use dashboards and reporting to monitor productivity and coverage.
• Coordinate high-value media assignments and ensure accurate scoping.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Travel regularly within France to support field operations.
