Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Field Research Manager based in Paris to lead a team of Field Researchers across Paris and key French markets. You will own field strategy, data quality, and delivery of high-value photography, drone imagery, video, Matterport and media shoots, while coordinating with Research, Sales, Product, Marketing and EU teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience managing and developing a team in a corporate setting.
• Strong leadership, coaching and performance management abilities.
• Ability to build cohesive, engaged teams across locations.
• Experience in commercial real estate or field research operations.
• Understanding of photography and media workflows; familiarity with Matterport and drone ops is a plus.
• Experience in QA processes and actionable feedback.
• Results-driven with KPI, productivity and service-delivery focus.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Field Researchers across Paris and French markets.
• Plan and coordinate field coverage for multiple campaigns to optimize resources.
• Maintain regular field presence and provide hands-on coaching.
• Oversee photography, drone imagery, video, Matterport and data collection quality.
• Review media and data against standards; provide timely feedback.
• Use dashboards and reports to monitor productivity and data quality.
• Create team action plans and address performance gaps.
• Coordinate high-value client media assignments with accurate scoping and scheduling.
• Manage drone operations and media processes in line with safety standards.
• Collaborate with Market Research, Sales, Product, Marketing and EU teams.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training; contribute to process improvements.
• Communicate progress and risks to leadership; travel within France as needed.
