ANINE BING seeks a Sales Advisor/Stylist for its Galeries Lafayette Haussmann flagship in Paris. You will be the brand ambassador, delivering personalized service to customers and driving sales through relationship selling and trend-driven styling.

The role requires 1-3 years in fashion/retail, fluency in English and French, and the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. A competitive benefits package and employee discount accompany this position.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years fashion, styling or retail sales experience.
• Previous experience working in a department store corner, concession, or shop-in-shop is preferred.
• Experience in personal styling and a goal driven environment.
• Ability to build and maintain a client book.
• Proficient in English and French.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and retail holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class service to customers in store and digitally.
• Meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Build styling expertise through product knowledge.
• Develop lasting relationships with customers and drive sales via client outreach.
• Sell in-store and virtually using technology.
• Maintain clean and organized store presentation.
• Assist with daily store operations including inventory and VM.
• Conduct weekly VM updates and PK trainings.
• Complete and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
