Job summary

Pandora is offering a 6-month internship in Paris to support the France e-commerce D2C activities. The role provides hands-on experience across digital trading, content management, campaign execution, reporting, and customer experience within a fast-paced, international environment.

You will work with Marketing, CRM, Customer Service, Retail, Supply, and Global teams, gaining exposure to local and global content updates and performance monitoring. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Strong interest in e-commerce and digital business.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of the France e-commerce site, including homepage updates and content changes.
• Assist with onsite merchandising updates and product visibility checks.
• Help coordinate assets, timelines and execution for launches and activations.
• Support QA reviews, identify issues, and track resolutions to improve customer experience.
• Assist in weekly trading reports and KPI monitoring (Revenue, Traffic, Conversion, AOV, ASP).
• Coordinate across Marketing, CRM, Customer Service, Retail, Supply, and Global teams.
