Job summary

Based in Paris, Euronext seeks a Business Manager to the France CEO to support strategic and operational priorities in the CEO's Office. You will prepare briefs, coordinate with legal, government affairs, and business lines, and build relationships with public and private sector stakeholders to advance France's capital markets agenda.

The role requires fluency in French and English, strong drafting skills, and the ability to navigate regulatory discussions with regulators and authorities.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of capital markets infrastructure and French/European financial ecosystem.
• Excellent briefing, drafting and synthesis skills.
• Analytical and strategic thinking.
• Diplomacy, discretion and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in financial services or public administration.
• Master's degree in finance or economics.
• Permanent contract.

Responsibilities

• Support the France CEO in day-to-day management of strategic, operational and institutional priorities.
• Prepare briefings, talking points and strategic documents for meetings with regulators and authorities.
• Monitor and analyse developments in capital markets infrastructure, regulation and policy affecting France.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure aligned messaging and follow-up on action points.
• Draft speeches, presentations and position papers for senior leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with key public and private sector stakeholders in France.
• Support the CEO France in running processes in local boards and management committees.
• Lead internal/external projects related to corporate initiatives or ecosystem engagement.
