Business Manager to the France CEO

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Business Manager to the France CEO to join the CEO’s Office. The position will be based in Paris, France, and start 1 January 2027. You will report to the CEO France.

You will primarily be responsible for:

• Supporting the CEO France in the day-to-day management of strategic, operational and institutional priorities
• Preparing briefings, talking points and strategic documents ahead of meetings with regulators, public authorities and private sector partners
• Monitoring and analysing developments in capital markets infrastructure, regulation and policy affecting operations in France
• Coordinating with internal departments (legal, communication, government affairs, business lines) to ensure aligned messaging and follow-up on action points
• Drafting speeches, presentations and position papers for senior leadership
• Building and maintaining relationships with key public and private sector stakeholders in France
• Support the CEO France in running the process in any of local boards and managements committees.
• Specific projects internal or external. This can include a broad range of projects either corporate (support of specific internal initiatives, local teams engagement, events or businesses) or directly embedded in the ecosystem of Euronext (with public administrations, through communication campaigns etc.).

Your profile:

• Strong understanding of capital markets infrastructure and French and European financial ecosystem
• Excellent briefing, drafting and synthesis skills
• Analytical and strategic thinking
• Diplomacy, discretion and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, in both French and English
• Two to five years of professional experience, with a first experience in either financial services (bank, asset management) or a public administration
• Master’s degree in finance or economics
• Permanent contract
