Unlimitail, based in Paris, seeks a Senior Client Success Manager for Retail Media to lead a portfolio of retailer partnerships and drive adoption, value, and revenue growth across Onsite, Offsite and In-store solutions.

You will partner with Sales, AdTech and AdOps, translate business objectives into activation roadmaps with clear KPIs, and manage senior stakeholders across marketing, data and tech. Office in the heart of Paris with flexible remote policy.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Consulting, AdTech, Retail Media, or digital platforms.
• Proven track record with complex, high-value B2B clients.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, scaling environments.
• Deep understanding of AdTech and Retail Media ecosystems.
• Proficient with CRM, reporting/BI, and project management tools (Salesforce, Wrike, Excel/Looker).
• Fluent English; additional European languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end Client Success lifecycle for a portfolio of retailers.
• Ensure adoption of Unlimitail's Retail Media solutions across teams and markets.
• Translate retailer objectives into activation roadmaps with KPIs.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across marketing, media, e-commerce, data, and tech.
• Run governance moments (QBRs, steering committees, reviews) focusing on value and growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver retailer commitments.
• Identify revenue expansion opportunities with the Client Development Director.
• Contribute to monetization models and activation plans.
• Apply and enrich Client Success playbooks and share best practices.
• Leverage data, automation, and AI-driven tools to increase efficiency.
