Voodoo in Paris is seeking a talented Game Designer passionate about RPG/mid-core titles to drive the next big hit. You will own features from ideation to implementation and post-release optimization, working with Product, Analytics and Art to ensure high-quality, innovative gameplay.

Relocation support is available. The role requires 3+ years in game design for mobile/F2P/RPG, strong English communication, and Unity proficiency is a big plus; familiarity with Figma or Miro helps teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a game designer.
• Experience working on mobile games, F2P or RPG.
• Creative and hacker mindset.
• Good sense of gameplay experience and attention to detail.
• Communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of casual games.
• Collaborative mindset with strong feedback culture.
• Accountability and ownership over work.

Responsabilités

• Own features from ideation to implementation and post-release optimization.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics and Art throughout feature implementation.
• Own game balancing, pace, and feel.
• Back up ideas with data points and market trends.
• Analyze mobile game mechanics and player behavior.
