Moncler Group in Paris is seeking a Client Service Advisor bilingual in German and English to join our EMEA Client Service team on a fixed-term contract from October to December 2026.

You will respond to product, after-sales and e-commerce inquiries via email, phone and chat, assist with cross/upsell, and manage top client relationships, acting as the voice of the customer to continuously enhance the luxury client experience.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Additional European language such as Italian is a plus.
• Previous experience in retail or luxury fashion client service is preferred.
• People-oriented with empathy and initiative.
• Proficient with CRM and IT systems.

Responsabilités

• Respond to product, after-sales, corporate, and e-commerce inquiries via emails, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist clients during e-commerce sales with cross/upsell opportunities.
• Accurately track client details and requests in CRM; manage high-priority and escalated cases.
• Build relationships with top clients; act as the Voice of the Customer to improve processes and tools.
• Ensure customer service processes meet clients’ expectations and luxury standards.
