Responsabilités

• Lead execution of M&A, buy-side, sell-side, and related corporate finance transactions.
• Manage day-to-day deal processes, including financial analysis and due diligence coordination.
• Supervise and mentor Associates and Analysts for high-quality output.
• Prepare and review pitch materials and board-level documents.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients during live transactions.
• Support business development efforts and client coverage.
• Coordinate with internal teams as required.
