Lazard, a leading global financial advisory and asset management firm, is offering a Paris-based M&A Vice President role specialized in the Consumer sector. You will manage public and private deals, interact with client senior executives, and guide Associates and Analysts to deliver high-impact transactions.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in Investment Banking or Corporate M&A from top-tier banks or boutiques, strong leadership, and fluency in French and English to communicate across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Investment Banking or Corporate M&A experience from Tier 1 bank or top boutique.
• Meaningful exposure to the Consumer sector and passion for it.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to empower junior bankers.
• Top performance in a demanding environment with initiative, maturity and engagement.
• Strong client and presentation skills; meticulous with detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for multiple transactions.
• Fluent in French and English.
