Job summary

ANINE BING seeks a Head of IT & Systems to define and deliver the technology roadmap that enables our global business to scale and optimize data use. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, partnering with Finance, Product, Retail, E‑commerce and Operations.

Hybrid Paris HQ with a preference for in-person work; reports to the Chief Financial Officer and targets a January 2027 start. Own ERP, data, cybersecurity, and infrastructure while guiding major transformation

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience across information systems or technology transformation.
Strong ERP transformation track record; NetSuite is a strong plus; PLM/Shopify/BI experience valued.
Translate business needs to scalable technology solutions; partner across Finance, Product, Production, Ops.
Excellent communication; fluent English and French; travel internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

Define and own ANINE BING’s global technology strategy and roadmap.
Lead evolution of core systems including NetSuite, Shopify, data/BI, and integrations.
Drive major technology transformation projects end to end with ROI focus.
Partner with Finance, Product, Retail and E‑commerce to improve workflows.
Build data and integration foundations, governance and reliable reporting.
