Job summary

JPMorganChase Internal Audit in Paris seeks an Audit Associate to join the EMEA AML team. You will execute testing and may lead engagements focusing on 2nd line AML controls across transaction monitoring, investigations, sanctions, and MLRO processes.

The role requires AML/KYC regulatory knowledge across UK/EU, strong control evaluation, and the ability to communicate findings to management. A background in auditing and AML certifications is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in auditing methodologies or compliance monitoring.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of UK/EU financial crime regulations.
• Ability to evaluate internal controls and report findings.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Executes, documents, and participates in audit engagements, owning assigned tasks and delivering quality results.
• Collaborates with global Audit colleagues to identify emerging control issues and report them to management.
• Finalizes audit findings and makes recommendations to strengthen internal controls.
• Communicates audit findings to management and identifies opportunities for improvement in key controls.
• Protects confidentiality of Internal Audit communications according to firm policy.
