Pigment, the AI-powered platform redefining business planning, is hiring a Customer Success Operations Manager in Paris to own CS strategy, planning, and the operational backbone. The role centers on scaling the CS organization, aligning cross-functionally, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Based in our Paris office with a hybrid schedule, you will drive annual and quarterly planning, develop scalable workflows, and design incentive structures that reward value creation for customers

Qualifikationen

• 5-8 years of Operations experience in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
• Proven experience designing CS systems, workflows, and success metrics with AI-driven automations.
• Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management and CS platforms (Gainsight, Totango, Vitally).
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking; able to translate data into action.
• Experience designing team and individual targets and incentive compensation plans.

Aufgaben

• Partner with CS leadership to set direction and maintain cadence.
• Plan, territory design, and segmentation strategy for CS organization.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics on annual target setting and capacity modeling.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning for CS priorities and initiatives.
• Build operating rhythms: QBRs, forecasts, and business reviews.
