Description du poste

We are looking for a Paint Shop Manager for one of our main clients in Europe.

Tasks:

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aircraft painting projects from preparation to final inspection.

  • Lead a team of painters and technicians, ensuring proper training, task delegation, and performance management.

  • Monitor materials usage and inventory, ensuring proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials

  • Implement and enforce safety protocols, including PPE use and environmental controls.

  • Review and approve work orders, time sheets, and progress reports.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or degree in aviation maintenance, coatings technology, or a related field preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in aircraft painting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

  • Strong knowledge of aircraft paint systems, surface preparation, masking, application, and curing processes.

  • Experience with VIP or custom aircraft paint projects.

  • English and German language is a must
