Angi's Paid Social team is seeking a motivated marketer to set up and manage Meta campaigns across markets, including campaign structure, audience targeting, budget management and day‑to‑day optimizations.

You will monitor performance, flag anomalies, diagnose root causes, and translate insights into monthly briefs for the Brand team; collaborate across teams on AI tooling and creative performance, with a hybrid work setup and home‑office allowance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of paid social or performance marketing experience.
• Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
• Comfortable working with data: pull reports and interpret patterns.
• Experience using AI tools to improve efficiencies.
• Curious about creative: translate data into action.

Responsabilités

• Set up and manage paid social campaigns on Meta across markets, including structure, audience targeting, budgets and day-to-day optimizations.
• Monitor performance, flag anomalies, diagnose root causes, and escalate with a recommended action.
• Analyze creative performance across markets and translate insights into monthly briefs for the Brand team.
• Prepare structured creative briefs and contribute to brainstorming with benchmarks and trends.
• Support cross-team projects, including AI tooling rollouts, with clear ownership of workstreams.
