Angie's List is seeking a motivated Paid Social Specialist to drive performance campaigns across the US, Canada and Europe. You will manage Meta Ads Manager, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable briefs for the Brand team.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, adapt to a hybrid work environment, and contribute to optimizing creative performance across markets.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of paid social or performance marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
• Comfortable working with data and pulling reports.
• Willing to use AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Curious about creative and able to translate data into actions.
• Self-starter who flags problems early and follows through.
• Organized and detail-oriented with multi-market scope.
• Collaborative and clear communicator across teams.

Responsabilités

• Set up and manage paid social campaigns on Meta across assigned markets.
• Monitor campaign performance, flag anomalies, diagnose root causes, and propose actions.
• Analyze creative performance using metrics and translate insights into monthly briefs for Brand team.
• Prepare structured creative briefs and contribute to brainstorming with market benchmarks.
• Support cross-team projects and AI tooling rollouts with defined workstreams.
