Un groupe hôtelier international recherche un Responsable Marketing Digital pour un contrat de 6 mois. Vous serez en charge des canaux de recherche payante et de métarecherche pour le marché français et travaillerez avec des équipes globales pour définir des stratégies d'acquisition. Ce rôle requiert une expertise en analyse de données, une communication fluide en français et en anglais, ainsi qu'une bonne gestion des parties prenantes. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en eCommerce, idéalement en recherche payante ou métarecherche.
  • Compétence requise en français et anglais.

Job Description

We are seeking a candidate for a fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months.

The purpose of this role is to own the Paid Search and Metasearch channels for the French market, being responsible for their delivery and reporting, and collaborating with Global teams on acquisition strategies and projects.

Main Challenges and Critical Issues:
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Requires significant coordination with eCommerce, marketing, global teams, partners, and agencies.
  • Analytical Requirements: Ability to analyze various KPIs, develop new approaches, and implement action plans.
Tasks and Main Responsibilities:
  • Set up and optimize campaigns based on demand, flows, and destination needs. Collaborate with eCommerce and marketing teams on action plans.
  • Monitor, report, and present performance metrics for paid search and metasearch, developing action plans as needed.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure positive ROI and proper fee collection where applicable.
  • Work with global teams and agencies to optimize campaigns across channels.
  • Propose optimization strategies through A/B testing and participate in pilot projects with global teams and agencies.
  • Coordinate with publishers to improve Metasearch strategies, staying updated on new solutions and formats.
  • Assess publisher recommendations and identify region-specific strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Results-oriented and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent analytical skills for interpreting data and generating reports.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with analytics tools like PowerBi, Tableau, GA is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Minimum 3 years of eCommerce experience, preferably in Paid Search or Metasearch, and/or in the travel/hospitality industry.
  • Language requirements: English and French.
