Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en eCommerce, de préférence en Paid Search ou Metasearch dans l'hôtellerie.
  • Compétences analytiques fortes et esprit orienté résultats.
  • Capacité à travailler dans des environnements à rythme rapide et sous pression.

Job Description

We are seeking a candidate for a fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months.

The purpose of this role is to own Paid Search and Metasearch channels for the French market, being responsible for delivery and reporting, and collaborating with global teams on acquisition strategies and projects.

MAIN COMPLEXITIES/CRITICAL ISSUES:
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Significant collaboration with eCommerce, marketing, global teams, partners, and agencies.
  • Analytical Requirements: Ability to analyze KPIs, develop new approaches, and implement action plans.
TASKS/MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Set up and optimize campaigns based on flows, demand, and destination needs. Implement action plans with eCommerce and marketing teams.
  • Monitor, track, report, and present on campaign performance, developing action plans as needed.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure positive ROI and fee collection where applicable.
  • Collaborate with global teams and agencies to optimize campaigns across channels.
  • Suggest optimizations through A/B testing and participate in pilot tests.
  • Coordinate with publishers on Metasearch improvements and stay updated on new solutions.
  • Evaluate publisher recommendations and identify region-specific strategies.
Qualifications
  • Results-oriented, data-driven mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with analytics tools like PowerBi, Tableau, GA is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Minimum 3 years of eCommerce experience, preferably in Paid Search or Metasearch within the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Languages: English and French.
