Job Description: Packaging Project Manager

SGS & Co, a global brand impact group, is seeking two Packaging Project Managers to join our team in Paris. You will manage packaging artwork and prepress projects for one of our high-profile clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with the Account Manager and directly support client marketing teams in coordinating packaging and e-commerce development projects.
2. Manage daily production workflows, summarize customer information, monitor quality, and ensure deadlines are met.
3. Support brand development and ensure brand consistency as a brand guardian.
4. Serve as the technical contact for project launches, liaising with printers and managing proofs.
5. Coordinate and communicate project information to production teams to ensure high-quality briefing.
6. Schedule tasks and oversee deadlines across all project aspects.
7. Review artworks and print materials for quality assurance.

Requirements:

• High school diploma plus 4-5 years of higher education.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in design, print, or production art, preferably with experience or interest in the cosmetics sector.
• Strong technical skills with knowledge of graphic production, packaging, printing processes (offset, flexo, rotogravure), proofing, and color management.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, rigorous, and proactive.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is preferred.
• Native or professional French and conversational English (B2 level).

Location & Timeline:

• Two positions available: Artwork Project Manager and Prepress Project Manager.
• Location: Paris (92117 Clichy).
• Contract: 3-month fixed-term (CDD).
• Start date: May.
• Work arrangements: Hybrid (WFO in Boulogne-Billancourt, WFH, or client premises in Clichy).
