LOCATION AND DATE

MAIN MISSIONS

Reporting to the Packaging Procurement Manager for Aluminum, Tear strip, and Preformed Plastic and Cardboard Pots categories, your responsibilities will include:

· Managing and animating the supplier panel in line with Procurement strategies

· Managing supplier performance (business review, evaluation, improvement plan...)

· Participating in supplier audits and visits

· Helping to resolve supplier disputes: qualitative, quantitative, returns, credit note requests

· Building budget for the Group, ensuring coordination across different countries, and performing monthly monitoring with action plan proposals to reduce variances

· Contributing to the Group's RSE commitments by managing RSE projects in your procurement category

· Ensuring Procurement performance: taking positions in the futures market (hedging), monitoring market indices, tenders, negotiations, productivity projects, implementation of procurement contracts...

· Regularly carrying out risk analyses, identifying appropriate contingency plans, and leading security or continuity projects

· Securing supplies in partnership with the factories (implementing contingency plans, backup sites, etc.)

· Proposing cost reduction actions (consolidation of needs, complexity reduction, specification challenge, supply optimization...)

· Participating in innovation projects in connection with stakeholders (marketing, factories, R&I, commercial...), driving innovation and value analysis

· Optimizing cash vis-à-vis stocks and obsolescence related to product stops, launches, and switches

· Producing the necessary reports for an effective category management (purchase variances, productivity pipeline feed, budget landing, etc.)

· Carrying out market research and working with your supplier network to track developments (regulatory, technical, sourcing, market) in order to adjust your strategy, prioritize, or initiate new projects

PROFILE

  • With a higher education degree (bac+5), specializing in Packaging Engineering (e.g., ESIEC, ESI Reims, ESEPAC...), or a generalist IAA engineer or Master's degree with a specialization in Procurement, you should have at least 5 years of experience in packaging procurement. Ideally, you already have knowledge of aluminum procurement.
  • You should have a strong analytical ability, project management knowledge, and demonstrate real leadership.
  • You should be involved and rigorous, recognized for your interpersonal skills and pragmatism.
  • You should have good practice in ERPs (ideally SAP) and the Microsoft Office suite.

Finally, your English should be fluent and fluency in French is an advantage
