Job Description:

Packaging Graphics Lead (M/F/X)

Segment : Royal Canin

Type of contract : Permanent

Location : Aimargues near Montpellier, France

To achieve its ambition to be the reference in pet health through nutrition, Royal Canin wants to continue to push the barriers of nutrition and individualization. The Enterprise Strategy Operationalization (ESO) Team is a newly created team which will be agnostic to drive an enterprise view and be focused on orchestrating the delivery of our strategy. Bringing together S&OP+, Project/Program Management and Graphics into one dedicated team which drives cross functional WOW.

The Center of Expertise Graphics Role will be a critical role in enabling the vision of this team. Tasked with driving continuous improvement of our current processes, whilst also exploring and optimizing for the future. Optimizing Timings, WOW and driving agility in our WOW.

What are we looking for?
Qualifications
  • Higher education in Marketing, Communication, Design, or Packaging Science.
  • 3-5 years of experience in packaging design and production, preferably within advertising or the graphic chain (agency, photoengraver).
  • Fluency in English.
Skills
  • Strong project and process management abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a results-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of the graphic chain's technical aspects, including production, repro steps, and printing.
  • Familiarity with packaging materials and printing technologies and understanding marketing and design principles.
  • Effective communication skills and commitment to teamwork.
  • Organizational skills to optimize resource allocation and achieve results, with the ability to transparently report issues and resolve challenges.
  • Ability manage time effectively and adapt to changing environments.

  • Global Graphics Compliance: Assist regional teams in adapting new processes while harmonizing practices.
  • Documentation: Organize and maintain documentation for Graphics Production processes.
  • Data Support: Foster a data-driven mindset among regional teams to maximize data value.
