L’Oréal Groupe is offering a 6-month internship in Packaging starting January 2027 for Master’s students. You will contribute to the design and technical development of packaging while collaborating with design, marketing and production teams to balance cost, quality and time constraints.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Master’s degree, fluent in English and French, with strong interest in materials, sustainability, and packaging technologies.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 programme in engineering or a related field, seeking an internship.
• Fluent in both English and French. Comfortable working in an international environment.
• Knowledge of packaging materials, processing methods, and awareness of LCA or packaging standards is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Technical development of new packaging designs across primary, secondary, and tertiary levels.
• Material selection and qualification testing for plastics, glass, cardboard, metals, and innovative materials.
• Support eco-design and circularity projects to improve sustainability of packaging.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and packaging suppliers to monitor prototype development and industrialization phases.
• Coordinate packaging projects from briefing to product launch with internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated on packaging innovations and competing solutions to drive creative performance.
