L’Oréal Groupe in Paris offers a 6-month internship starting July 2026 in Industrial Development for Master 1 or Master 2 students. This role blends hands-on product development with cross-functional collaboration across marketing, laboratories, packaging and purchasing, giving you real responsibilities from day one.

You will work in a production environment, applying analytical and problem-solving skills in English and French, with one remote day per week and transportation support.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Master 1 or Master 2 in engineering school or university.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Analytical and practical mindset, rigorous and results oriented.
• Proactive, curious about industrial innovation, team player in production.

Responsabilités

• Participate in development of new products and renovation of existing ones.
• Participate in development of new decorations (colors, graphic chain, etc.).
• Coordinate with Marketing, formulation laboratories, Packaging, Purchasing, Plants and stakeholders.
• Think differently and innovate to add value to product design.
• Ensure compliance with product definition, cost, timing and environmental impact.
• Lead cross-functional projects (value analysis, process optimization, graphic chain).
• Innovate and push boundaries to leave your mark on this internship.
