Une entreprise de logistique recherche un P2P Project Manager pour gérer le projet COUPA P2P au sein de son programme ERP Finance. Le candidat idéal a plus de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet avec une solide expérience dans les processus d'approvisionnement. Ce rôle exige d'excellentes compétences en communication et de gestion des risques. Le poste est basé à Levallois, Île-de-France.

Qualifications

• Expérience dans la gestion de projets d'approvisionnement.
• Min 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet.
• Capacité à travailler sous pression avec des délais stricts.

Responsabilités

• Organiser et coordonner l'équipe projet P2P.
• Led international project facets according PMO standards.
• Communiquer efficacement le statut du projet.
• Gérer les risques et établir un plan de gestion des problèmes.
• Consolider et suivre les coûts du projet.

For a few years, GEODIS has initiated a wide transformation project of its Finance Function called Odyssey Finance. This program embeds the design of a Core Model encompassing performance management framework, overall finance processes, and tools supported by better shared master data management.

In this context, GEODIS is launching a ERP Finance & P2P to implement the Core Model process in a robust solution that will be progressively deployed on a worldwide scope of entities over the next few years.

To reinforce the team, meeting these requirements, we are recruiting a P2P Project Manager

She / He will be part of the ERP Finance & P2P Indirect program and managing the P2P part based on Coupa solution.

She / he will report to the ERP & P2P Program Director.

Main responsibilities for the position

Responsabilités

• Pour le programme COUPA P2P :
• Project organization and team coordination : Propose and put in place an efficient IT organization to manage the P2P project. Coordinate the P2P project team members (including employees, integrator, and partners);
• Seeks ways to increase the project team's effectiveness
• Proactively communicate resource needs and maintain model throughout the project life cycle
• Project Framework : Lead or oversee all facets of this large international project
• Deliver the P2P project following established PMO ERP / P2P program standards / guidelines
• Develop and maintain a work plan to ensure the delivery of all deliverables and work products within the start and end dates. Meet work plan milestones
• Track and deliver with the support of the integrator all deliverables on schedule
• Maintain deliverable and work product quality
• Prepare and organize switch to Run mode
• Communicate efficiently : Track and effectively communicate the project status both up and down the communication chain
• Execute effective IT P2P project communications
• Manage risks & escalation : Establish and maintain an effective Issue and Risk Management plan
• Serve as the IT initial escalation point for P2P project issues, risks, and changes
• Facilitate conflict resolution within the team and escalate when needed.
• Budget : Consolidate and track P2P project IT costs. Develop and maintain an acc

Profil du candidat

Proven Successful experience

The successful applicant will be a Project Manager with :

• Proven experience in managing Procurement projects
• Procurement business process integration experience
• Must have experience working on a worldwide basis for large IT services / IT outsourcing companies, with strong client-facing experience
• Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing a software implementation project experience
• Management of integrator contract (solution challenge, delivery validation, budget and scope monitoring)

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduated from an Engineering school or equivalent in Computer Science
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Ability to implement practical business solutions under strict deadlines
• Ability and desire to work with people as part of a high-performance team
• Ability to meet internal client's needs with a strong commitment to service
• Understanding of Matrix organizational structures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation experience
• Excellent influencing and communication skills
• Strong ability to listen, respond and build trust
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Strong ability to manage detailed tasks to completion
• Solid experience in project planning tools
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Knowledge of COUPA would be an appreciated bonus.
