Job Description:

Role Overview: This role in the CoE is responsible for designing and building new capabilities for Inbound logistics required for the Make to Deliver template. The focus will be on solutions for External Manufacturing and Direct Material Suppliers, supporting supply chain processes including CoPacking activities and consignment inventories.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Process Owners to define requirements for External Manufacturing, Supplier Collaboration, and CoPacking.
2. Work closely with the Mars DT development team to ensure design and delivery progress as planned.
3. Drive the System Integrator to deliver SAP S/4 core design and edge solutions as specified.
4. Coordinate with development and support teams involved in design and build discussions.
5. Partner with other end-to-end process teams, such as Procure-to-Pay, to ensure seamless cross-functional processes within Core & Edge solutions.
6. Engage with global stakeholders across functions and segments.
7. Support deployment teams during implementation of designed solutions.
8. Collaborate with Pet Nutrition experts to ensure compatibility of deliverables.
9. Ensure designs follow Segregation of Duty principles in collaboration with Security Team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience with SAP ERP platform.
• Experience in the full development cycle of SAP.
• Strong knowledge of External Manufacturing and CoPacking processes, ideally within Mars Petcare.
• Excellent communication skills in English and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to deliver through others and work effectively in a flexible, changing environment.
• Proficient in SAP ERP MM module.
