Purpose of the job:

Supervise and coordinate the Workload Analysis – Deploy the Subcontracting strategy – BCC management, Method & Tools, DCO (Digital Coordinator Officer) for PLM and Innovation teams.
Ensure cohesion, foster collaboration, and challenge the various development metiers to achieve performance objectives.
Lead continuous improvement, and capitalize the return of experience of the Performance teams.
Identity, generalize and stabilize best practices and exchanges between the different TDS.

Main responsabilities:

Deploy and follow a roadmap linked with the Development Director objectives for the team.
Supporting the team in the resolution of issues in particular those involving other stakeholders (internal or external) and to support them in the definition of priorities.
Analyze workloads and identify improvement opportunities.
Implement performance indicators and dashboards to monitor progress.
Manage workload with subcontractors strategy and ensure the quality of services provided.
Lead the M&T team to deploy and implement innovative tools and methods based on a roadmap.
Supervise and support the deployment of PLM for the TDS
Encourage and lead innovation for the development.
Reporting on the progress of the activities and alert the N+1 in case of issue potentially impacting the achievement of the QCD commitment.
Implementing an organization to ensure the proper management od dev. Performance team as per the applicable métier instruction or processes if any.
Applying and follow-up People Management Cycle on time for the Site according to N+1 or HR instructions.
People management cycle on-time and quality of data with associated training and development plans to reach target competence level.
