Activity 1: Manage the construction site office - From Nov 2023 to Nov 2026
- Manage local resources, facilities, interface with authorities (port authorities, PREMAR, Carene, CROSS, etc.).
- Act as the project representative vis-à-vis the local authorities and officials.
- Smooth day-to-day operations.
- Drive the daily marine coordination meeting and PTW meetings.
- Maintain daily and close communication/reporting with the project management team in the head office.

Activity 2: Coordination of offshore operations - From Nov 2023 to Nov 2026
- Coordinate with Package T&I Managers (Foundations, OSS, IACables, Wind Turbines) to plan and safely execute offshore operation campaigns in the Dieppe Le Treport project.
- Have a comprehensive view of offshore construction activities to consolidate and anticipate the needs of project users regarding offshore logistics (CTV, Guard vessels, SOV, etc.) and onshore logistics (hosting and accommodation of personnel via local admin, material management, etc.).
- Drive PTW and SIMOPS prioritization based on the project's critical path, especially during SIMOPS or conflicting works.
- Smooth day-to-day operations.
- Drive daily marine coordination meetings and PTW meetings.
- Maintain daily and close communication/reporting with the project management team in the head office.
- Meetings with authorities.
Activity 3: Planning - As needed - till Nov 2026
- Respond promptly to unplanned issues during daily activities with a problem-solving mindset (e.g., mobilizing vessels and personnel on short notice).
- Support offshore operations timely to meet project milestones.
Participation in Meetings & Workshops
To ensure continuous communication between the Client and Service Provider, a series of meetings will be organized by the Client throughout the contract duration. Attendance and participation are key to maintaining communication and alignment.
1. Coordination Meetings
These may be daily, weekly, or monthly, aiming to:
- Coordinate day-to-day activities.
- Share progress updates with the project team.
- Measure contract performance.
- Discuss challenges, difficulties, and lessons learned.
Meetings may be face-to-face, via conference call, or teleconference. The agenda is preliminary and will be refined during the contract. Meeting frequency may vary as needed.
2. Adhoc Meetings & Workshops
Additional ad-hoc meetings or workshops may be scheduled. The Service Provider may be requested to attend these if relevant.
