Qualifications

Description du poste

You join the Oversight, Quality & Controls (OQC) team within the Global Markets Operations (GMO) department which includes post-market activities (Trade support, middle and back office). The OQC team is the contact point for internal auditors (Inspections, Compliance and operational risk management) and regulators, in charge of data quality and responsible for the GMO indicators report.

On a daily basis, your duties include :

  • Set up an effective management system for all the controls to be carried out;
  • Follow-up on remediation plans;
  • Ensure compliance with commitments as defined in service level agreements (SLAs) for nearshored services and in outsourcing contracts for outsourced essential services;
  • Act as the entry point for all requests from different stakeholders (Control Tower, Compliance, Operational Risks, Audit, etc.) ;
  • Accompany the leading OQC expert on certain missions.

Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience

With a higher education, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position with a specialization in finance.

  • Market finance professions and post-market processes;
  • Good knowledge of internal control systems;
  • The Office Pack, and in particular Microsoft .

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, and you are :

  • Rigorous, endowed with a spirit of analysis and synthesis;
  • Recognized for your management of priorities and deadlines;
  • Motivated by teamwork and the diversity of subjects.

You master English with a B2 level.
