Une entreprise leader dans le secteur de la construction recherche un maçon traditionnel pour rejoindre son équipe. Vous aurez la responsabilité d'assembler des structures, de construire des murs et d'appliquer des mélanges de mortier. Ce poste en CDI inclut des avantages tels qu'une rémunération sur 13.3 mois et une politique de formation structurée.

Qualifications

• Expérience professionnelle de 3 à 5 ans dans la maçonnerie traditionnelle.
• Formation requise en maçonnerie avec compétences spécifiques.
• Permis B recommandé pour les déplacements sur les sites.

Responsabilités

• Assembler des structures porteuses (échafaudages, étaiements).
• Construire des murs en posant des briques et des blocs.
• Préparer et appliquer des mélanges de mortier.

Eiffage Construction integrates the complementary trades of urban planning, real estate development, construction, maintenance, and service works. The company is strongly established in France through its 9 regional offices, as well as in Belgium, Luxembourg, Portugal, Switzerland, and Poland.

MISSIONS UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TEAM LEADER:

1. Assemble load-bearing structures (scaffolding, shoring, platforms, etc.)
2. Fill and level foundations
3. Build walls by laying bricks, blocks, gypsum blocks, etc.
4. Install and seal prefabricated elements (splays, lintels, eaves, stairs, etc.)
5. Prepare and apply mortar mixes, coatings, etc.
6. Complete and smooth joints

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Required level of education: Certificate of vocational aptitude in traditional masonry
• Fields of study: Manitou “CACES” (aerial work platform operator’s license)
• Required professional experience: 3 - 5 years in traditional masonry

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Internal: Journeymen, Site supervisor, Works supervisor

External: Various building trades, clients during the delivery phase

Training: CAP/BEP/BAC PRO/BTS in the field of major or secondary works, with ideally some experience in small works.

You are rigorous, organized, and resourceful. Travel to sites is required, and a B driving license is highly recommended.
