We’re looking for an OutSystems Tech Lead to join a fast-paced environment company and help shape intelligent, user-centric solutions that integrate modern platforms—including Generative AI / LLM technologies like ChatGPT and Gemini.

What You'll Do :

Design scalable, secure, and high-performance OutSystems architectures aligned with business needs.

Lead development efforts and mentor cross-functional teams using Lean and Agile methodologies.

Implement and manage third-party integrations, including modern APIs and AI-driven platforms (LLMs like ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).

Oversee the full software lifecycle : development, testing, deployment (QA, staging, production).

Act as a trusted technical advisor to business and product stakeholders.

What You Bring :

5–7+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on OutSystems.

Proven experience leading teams and delivering complex OutSystems-based solutions.

Solid architectural knowledge and hands-on experience with OutSystems Development Cloud (ODC).

Strong integration experience with external APIs and platforms, including AI / LLM APIs.

Familiarity with Agile / Lean practices and the ability to drive continuous improvement.

OutSystems certifications (Associate, Professional, or Tech Lead) highly preferred.

Excellent communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent English (written and spoken).
