As our Outside Account Manager for the Grand Est region of France, you'll be the face of Cannondale to our dealer network, building strong partnerships that fuel growth and elevate the rider experience.You’ll take the lead in managing and growing relationships with both current and future authorized dealers, owning the territory’s business plan and driving it to hit ambitious sales targets. You’re not just selling bikes, you’re shaping how Cannondale shows up in the market. With a sharp eye for opportunity and a deep understanding of the cycling industry, you’ll ensure every partner feels connected, supported, and set up to succeed with Cannondale.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Work closely with Inside Sales, After Sales, Credit, and other internal teams to strengthen dealer relationships and hit sales goals
  • Bring Cannondale’s commercial strategy to life—building a future-ready retail network that’s strong, agile, and aligned
  • Drive active sales and deliver top-tier service to dealers across your territory
  • Support dealers with marketing tools and guidance to help grow their business
  • Lead distribution efforts and play a key role in territory growth
  • Support accounts receivable efforts and ensure timely collections
  • Take part in sales trainings, seminars, and ongoing education
  • Share valuable market insights and product feedback with the Product team
  • Represent Cannondale at dealer events, national trade shows, and local demos
  • Follow company policies and contribute to process improvement and operational excellence
  • Team up with colleagues across the Western Europe region—sharing ideas, feedback, and best practices
  • Help create a positive, collaborative culture that reflects Cannondale’s values
  • Step up to lead or support other projects as needed to drive company success

What You Bring to the Table:

  • An Education in Sales or a Bachelor’s degree in the field of economics, international business, sales management or a similar field
  • An extensive network within the territory to manage and within the cycling, sports or outdoor industry
  • Experience in a similar position within cycling, sports or outdoor industry
  • Excellent team-player attitude, with strong motivation, drive and communication capabilities
  • Absolutely convinced of the importance of results and timelines
  • Willing to travel frequently and work in a remote capacity
  • Excellent fit with Cannondale sales culture, which means entrepreneurial, dynamic, highly motivated individual with can-do mentality
  • Experience with B2B relationships and C ommercial & Sales success
  • Native French Speaking and p roficient in English (written & verbal)
  • A valid Driver’s license
  • Prior experience working for a global brand and multi-national business
