Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; compact licenses must transfer within 60 days of hire.
• RNs with <12 months experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire date.
• BLS for healthcare providers is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from interdisciplinary team.
• Plan and develop individualized care plans with patient and family involvement.
• Implement care by coordinating the interdisciplinary team and directing care delivery.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise plans as needed.
• Promote nursing professionalism and comply with regulatory standards; maintain accurate documentation.
