Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience trading OTC power markets or related energy products.
• Demonstrated profitability and risk management experience.
• Strong knowledge of one or more North American ISO/RTO markets.
• Experience trading power, basis, congestion, gas, or related energy products.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skillset.

Responsibilities

• Trade and manage proprietary positions across North American OTC power markets.
• Develop and execute directional, spread, and basis trading strategies.
• Analyze power market fundamentals including weather, load, fuel, and transmission dynamics.
• Identify new trading opportunities and expand existing strategies.
• Collaborate with quantitative, development, and research teams to enhance trading performance.
