Job summary

eu-LISA is seeking an OT Security Engineer (Physical Security Systems) in Strasbourg to secure its physical security network and infrastructure. You will perform hands-on assessments, harden systems, and collaborate with ICT teams and external providers to strengthen security controls.

The role requires 5+ years in security, strong TCP/IP & LAN/VLAN knowledge, and a valid EU clearance or equivalent. English and French at B2 level are mandatory; CISSP/CISM/Security+ or similar certifications are

Qualifications

University degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, CS, Network Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years in network/infra security or security assessment.
Hands-on experience assessing networks and hardening systems.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/VLAN, segmentation, OS security and patch management.
EU SECRET/CONFIDENTIAL level clearance or equivalent recognised by an EU Member State.
Strong written/spoken English and French (B2).
Certifications such as CISSP/CISM/Security+/GIAC/CCNP Security are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Carry out security assessments of servers, workstations, network devices and administration interfaces.
Identify vulnerabilities, misconfigurations and risky privileges; track remediation.
Develop and maintain security baselines and hardening standards; verify compliance.
Produce technical reports and security posture updates for stakeholders.
