Job summary

eu-LISA, based in Strasbourg, seeks an OT Security Engineer (Physical Security Systems) through Civitta to protect the agency’s physical security infrastructure, including access control, CCTV and intrusion detection. You will harden and monitor the environment, coordinate with ICT teams and external providers.

Required: 5+ years in network/infrastructure security, strong hands-on assessment skills, and fluent English and French (B2).

Qualifications

• University degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, CS, Network Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in network/security infrastructure or security assessment.
• Hands-on security assessment and hardening experience; not just governance.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, switching, LAN/VLAN, network segmentation, OS security and patch management.
• Clearance at EU CONFIDENTIAL level or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and French (B2).
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, GIAC or CCNP Security are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out security assessments of servers, workstations, network devices and interfaces.
• Identify vulnerabilities, misconfigurations and attack vectors.
• Maintain vulnerability registers and verify remediation.
• Implement corrective measures with stakeholders or escalate risks.
• Develop and enforce security baselines and hardening standards.
• Support secure authentication and privileged access management.
