Dans ce rôle dynamique, vous serez responsable de la gestion de la sécurité électrique, de la supervision des activités de mise en service et de l'assurance que toutes les procédures sont respectées. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec des équipes internes et des partenaires externes pour garantir des résultats optimaux. Qualifications

  • Expérience solide en exploitation de réseaux haute tension jusqu'à 225kV.

Description du poste

Job Purpose

Ensure Electrical Safety on Site is well managed. Identify, apply, manage and remove isolations on 66kV and 225kV equipment. Participate in Hot Commissioning and 1st Energizations of all Electrical Network components. In control of the electrical installation during work activities. Must ensure safe execution of work activities on project’s electrical system. Witness contractor’s commissioning activities on 66kV and 225kV equipment.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

  1. Perform power system operations and maintenance
  2. Investigate faults on site and inform the Control Engineer
  3. Develop a strong and positive electrical QHSE culture
  4. Ensure safe switching and operation of plant and equipment, including execution of work in accordance with established Electrical Safety Rules
  5. Act as Chargé de Consignation at OSS platform and WTG Switchgears
  1. Supervise and witness 3rd parties 66kV and 225kV commissioning activities
  2. Ensure that commissioning works are according to established procedures, contract and project requirements in terms of HSE, quality, planning, and budget
  3. Insist on zero harm HSE policy on a daily basis
  4. Witness and oversee commissioning works to demonstrate equipment supplied by Contractors provides functionalities and operation according to contract requirements and operational manuals
  5. Implement technical department best practices for commissioning scope
  6. Report commissioning progress and participate in commissioning meetings
  7. Advise on human resources, services, and tools required to perform the work are identified and mobilized in due time by Contractors
  8. Monitor 66kV and 225kV electrical operational related activities to ensure safety
  9. Prepare, review & comment RAMS and other relevant HSE, Electrical Safety and Commissioning documentation
  10. Capture and transfer commissioning experience into Asset Operations
  1. Issue and manage Electrical Safety and Commissioning Documentation
  1. Acts as a mentor to junior SAPs and O&M technicians supporting their development in HV switching operations
  1. Controls switching operations for safe and efficient network operation and work activities
  2. Act as an Electrical Safety Officer, responsible Senior Authorized Person for final decision on switching activities
  3. Prepare, attend, lead and record toolbox talks and/or asset inductions
  4. Review and comment FAT, HAT, SAT, SIT procedures
  5. Attend, coordinate and execute FAT, HAT, SAT, SIT
  6. Perform site walk-downs, pre-energization, post-energization and random inspections of project’s Electrical Network equipment
  7. Issue inspection, walk-down, Daily Progress Reports
  8. Review and comment Test reports, Checklists and related commissioning documentation
  9. Ensure outstanding work is executed and quality issues are reported
  10. Register, review and supervise resolution of Punch List items (Non-Conformance, major or minor punch items)
  11. When required, escalate technical topics to Commissioning Engineers
  12. Escalate all decisions related to commissioning quality/delay/cost impacts to the MV/HV Engineers
  13. Review of PTWs and RAMS related to work on 66kV and 225kV systems
  14. Shadow contractor’s commissioning team during 1st Energization
  15. Prepare, review, comment and execute HV/MV switching schedules
  16. Perform 66kV/225kV switching activities and operate 66kV/225kV equipment
  17. Apply and remove LOTO and work according to Mechanical and Electrical Safety Rules
  18. Act as an Employer on-site representative
  19. Prepare end of shift handover report
  20. Assist commissioning team with cross package activities
  21. Transfer equipment from CTV to assets
  22. Ad-hoc tasks (both onshore and offshore)
  23. Prepare and facilitate handover of the Works between installation, commissioning and O&M
  24. Capture lessons learnt
  25. Perform general maintenance and inspections of 66kV/225kV systems
  26. Assist O&M when required

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in High Voltage network and equipment operation
  • Qualified and authorized to operate equipment up to 225kV
  • Previous Experience as Senior Authorised Person up to 225kV or Commissioning experience of network and systems up to 225kV
  • Excellent understanding of Interlockings, Control and Protection systems
  • Previous experience as HV SAP or HV Commissioning Engineer on offshore wind farm is an advantage
  • Able to create excellent results through teamwork and develop good relationships with colleagues and external business partners.
  • Able to speak, read and write English fluently, French is an advantage.

  • Medical certificate to work offshore
  • HTB according to NF C18-510 (can be obtained after contract signature but before start of work)
