The role supports the Practice Manager, leads during their absence, schedules staff, handles timekeeping, and guides employee relations. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; experience in clerical work and healthcare settings preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Clerical experience (3 years) required.
• Relevant Experience - 1 year required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations within the practice to create an efficient work environment.
• Provide supervision and assign staff based on needs; support employee relations and staffing issues.
• Process timekeeping and manage multiple projects to ensure smooth practice management.
