Job Description:

Main Responsibilities

• Order Processing and Management: Receive and review export orders, enter and process them in SAP, ensure accuracy of details.
• Documentation and Compliance: Prepare export documents, ensure compliance with trade regulations, coordinate export licenses, maintain records.
• Logistics Coordination: Arrange shipments, monitor delivery, resolve shipment issues.
• Customer Service: Act as primary contact for export clients, collaborate with internal departments, maintain relationships.
• Inventory and Supply Chain: Coordinate stock replenishment and production schedules.
• Reporting and Analysis: Provide updates and reports, participate in process improvements.
• Master Data Management: Maintain customer and product data in ERP, including purchase info records.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related.
• Experience: At least 3 years in export order management, logistics, or international trade; ERP experience.
• Skills: Knowledge of trade regulations, organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, German language skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS and shipping terms.
• Export management certifications (e.g., CGBP, CITA) are a plus.
