What will you do?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and talented individual to join our team and perform the following tasks:
- Lead the architecture and design of Oracle Cloud SCM modules including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Product Hub, Manufacturing, Demand & Supply Planning, etc.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver integrated Supply Chain solutions.
- Provide functional and technical leadership throughout all project phases: advisory, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Define data migration, integration, and reporting strategies.
- Establish best practices and governance for Oracle Cloud SCM architecture.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across environments.
- Stay current on Oracle Cloud updates and recommend adoption of new features as appropriate.
- Foster continuous improvement and contribute to building a future-ready Oracle Cloud Center of Excellence (CoE).
What are we looking for?
- 12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, with at least 5+ years in Oracle Supply Chain Cloud applications, especially in Order to Cash processes.
- Experience as lead SCM cloud architect in at least 2-3 large-scale transformation projects (> 5 million USD) in Oracle cloud technologies.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and proven experience across Oracle Cloud solutions (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Product Hub, Manufacturing, Demand & Supply Planning). Deep experience in at least 3 modules.
- Experience leading business discovery sessions, conference room pilot sessions, design workshops with stakeholders, and leading implementation efforts.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, with ability to create presentations and influence clients, teams, and individuals positively.
- Proven ability to lead client workshops explaining solutions, approaches, alternative options, and business change suggestions to fit product features.
