We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) ERP Manager to play a key role in system implementation and support. You will work with business and technical teams in China to optimize operations and deploy strategic solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Model and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications for finance and accounting functions.
2. Map company processes and data for all business operations, including order to cash, procure-to-pay, and reporting.
3. Provide quality solutions to end users: design, development, integration, data migration, documentation.
4. Coordinate system updates and corrections with IT and business teams.
5. Design and implement custom features as needed.
6. Define test cases and validate solutions.
7. Manage security and access permissions.
8. Implement integrations with third-party applications.
9. Create data migration and integration mappings, organize data cleansing.
10. Apply agile project management methodologies.
11. Customize reports and dashboards.
12. Train users and provide ongoing support.

Candidate Profile:

• Advanced degree in computer science or accounting.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Proficiency in financial modules: GL, AP, AR, Treasury, Project Accounting, Stock management.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong project management skills, autonomy, and ability to prioritize.
• Experience in data management (import/export, cleansing).
• Proven experience in multinational organizations.
• Excellent communication skills, able to instruct and inform non-technical audiences.
• Power BI skills are a plus.
• Ability to work with diverse users, from senior management to field staff.
