Responsabilités

• Participer aux activités de déploiement et de migration d'Oracle.
• Gérer l'adaptation du modèle Oracle pour l'intégration de nouveaux business.
• Développer des rapports selon les demandes d'OTBI.

Description du poste

Migration: Participate in deployment and roll-out activities of Oracle:

1. Participate in pre-study phases: understand differences from group standard model, conduct gap analysis, propose Oracle technical evolution, and manage change requests.
2. Support Oracle PPM deployment migration activities (UAT, training documentation).
3. Manage adaptation of Oracle core model for new business integration and interface with Oracle teams.
4. Provide structured REX and improvement ideas.

Roll Out: Support Oracle technical evolution:

1. Update Oracle in compliance with management and group finance rules.
2. Identify defects, propose Change Requests, test new parameters, and participate in change management.
3. Participate in projects related to tools deployment, organizational rationalization, and changes.
4. Maintain a full understanding of the core model and its translation into Oracle.

Documentation & Training:

1. Lead initiatives to build awareness on latest developments through training.
2. Animate Key Users community (webinars, newsletters) at regional and site levels.
3. Prepare step-by-step instructions and documentation.
4. Update Guided Learning and Chatbot tools ensuring consistency.

Reporting:

1. Develop reports as per OTBI requests.
2. Deliver regular, accurate reports (weekly, follow-up actions).
3. Oversee initiatives to improve financial performance and reporting.
4. Manage master data in collaboration with IT.

Education: Graduate of a business or engineering school or equivalent in finance, with 6-7 years of international experience.

Professional Experience: Proven project control experience in long-term projects (engineering, construction, industrial sectors). Strong project accounting and financial analysis skills.

Skills: Advanced Excel, financial modeling, data analysis, BI or EPM systems experience, analytical skills, business-minded, process improvement, change management, organizational skills, fluent in English and French.
