Job summary

Cailabs, a leader in photonic solutions, seeks an experienced project manager to drive customer projects from pre-sales to delivery. You will coordinate internal teams, translate customer needs into actionable requirements, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes across complex photonics programs.

You will interface with customers and internal engineering, sales, and operations, maintaining transparency, managing risks, and delivering on commitments in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with strong technical background.
• At least 3 years of experience managing technical projects with direct customer interaction.
• Experience in telecommunications, optics, photonics, robotics, or related complex systems.
• Ability to explain complex topics to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer projects from pre-sales through delivery, ensuring satisfaction and on-time deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and validate project milestones with customers.
• Contribute to project costing during the pre-sales phase and maintain clear communication.
