Are you an EU-certified ophthalmologist seeking a new and exciting career opportunity in Norway?

We are currently recruiting for a hospital in Northern Norway that specialises in outpatient care for a variety of eye conditions. This position offers a unique chance to work in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on patient well-being.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct outpatient consultations, diagnose and treat a variety of eye conditions.
  2. Perform minor surgical procedures and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide the best possible patient care.
Qualifications:
  1. European authorisation as a medical professional.
  2. Certified ophthalmologist from an EU country.
  3. Good English communication skills and a willingness to learn Norwegian through our free language school.
  4. A clean criminal record, documented through a police certificate (in accordance with the Health Personnel Act).
