Sales/SBU MED / Service

Integrating the Service Department of Vestas France, as an Operator or Service Technician, you will be at the forefront of wind energy innovation and play a key role with our customers. Your mission will be to optimize our clients’ wind farms throughout their lifecycle, ensuring maximum capacity and energy efficiency of the turbines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic service inspections following Vestas' specifications, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulics component replacement and troubleshooting.
• Ensure smooth operation of turbines and system usage within condition monitoring and remote control.
• Maintain an efficient service vehicle and well-stocked warehouse by ordering materials, tools, and spare parts as needed.
• Assemble components and main parts according to current rules or work instructions, utilizing internal or external cranes if necessary.
• Work in accordance with the highest safety and environmental standards while meeting service targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with experience in technical fields (maintenance, electrical engineering, mechanics). A Bachelor’s degree, BTS/DUT in industrial or electrical/mechanical engineering, certified by BZEE, is required for technician level.
• Ideally 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or electrical work, with knowledge of high voltage systems.

• Knowledge of technical English (written/spoken) and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
