Generare, une startup biotech dynamique à Paris, recherche un Apprenti en Opérations & Stratégie. Ce poste offre une vue privilégiée sur les décisions clés de l'entreprise, avec des projets variés allant de l'affinage des modèles financiers à la contribution au financement non dilutif. Vous ferez partie d'une équipe dédiée à la lutte contre la résistance aux antibiotiques, en travaillant directement avec le Chief of Staff dans un environnement dynamique et stimulant.

Contract : 12–24 months work-study (alternance) – Start : September 2025 (flexible)

About Generare

Generare is a young and dynamic biotechnology company based in the heart of Paris, with a mission to discover natural microbial products at scale for human and planetary health .

Natural products have long been a cornerstone of medicine, yet traditional discovery methods have plateaued. At Generare, we leverage a proprietary technology platform to unlock hidden potential in microbial DNA, tackling urgent challenges such as antibiotic resistance while pushing the boundaries of science.

After closing our seed round in mid-2024, we are now scaling toward industrialisation. Our roadmap includes operating our first in-house production facility by early 2027 , a pivotal step that will allow us to produce bio-active compounds at unprecedented throughput and precision.

Why this role?

Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you will become her right-hand across a broad spectrum of operational and strategic topics. This is a rare 360° vantage point inside an early-stage techbio startup : you will sit at the intersection of operations, market strategy, finance and HR, and see how key decisions are made.

Example projects you could contribute to

  • Help refine the financial model and operating plan in preparation for our
  • Series A
  • Conduct continuous competitive landscaping and technology scouting. |
  • Design and deploy a production-performance dashboard (KPIs, cost, throughput) as the team scales. |

Non-dilutive funding

  • Identify French and EU grant opportunities (BPI, Horizon Europe, regional calls)
  • Contribute to application processes, then track post-award reporting. |

People & culture

  • Support team-wide events and all-hands.

Your Profile

  • Education : Master’s level (M1 / M2) in engineering (biotech, bio-informatics, chemical engineering) or business / IAE with a strong interest in life sciences. Previous internship(s) in early-stage operations and finance preferred.
  • Dual mindset : comfortable switching between scientific jargon and financial models.
  • Analytical & structured : you enjoy breaking complex problems into clear deliverables and working in Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Self-starter : proactive, resourceful and able to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
  • Language skills : fluent French and professional English (our investors and partners are international).
