Amundi (UK) is seeking a senior Operations & Projects support role reporting to the COO. You will blend project management with operational oversight, interfacing with senior executives and stakeholders across the Amundi group to ensure smooth operations and governance delivery.

You will create and manage local project portfolios, coordinate regulatory topics, support audits, and provide timely analysis and outputs for the ExCo and Board, including incident tracking and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience in project and portfolio management within financial services.
• Strong governance and reporting capabilities for ExCo/Board.
• Ability to coordinate audits and regulatory reporting.
• Stakeholder engagement at senior levels.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain local projects portfolio across key workstreams.
• Coordinate Operational Resilience and Regulatory topics with timely reporting.
• Maintain Outsourcing Register and support due diligence.
• Lead ISAE3402 coordination and audit support.
• Produce dashboards and reports for committees.
• Follow up expense budgets and financial oversight.
• Respond to COO/CEO ad hoc requests with structured outputs.
• Monitor incidents from identification to resolution.
