Jobtailor in France is seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to lead initiatives that evolve tools and processes. You will gather business requirements from the Operations Department and translate them into functional specifications while representing Operations to the IT department (DSI).

You will provide project oversight, organize and manage business acceptance testing (UAT), and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a services environment, client relations, or digital transformation is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects to evolve tools and operational processes.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from the Operations Department and translate them into functional specifications.
• Represent the Operations Department to the IT department (DSI).
• Provide functional oversight of projects and enhancements.
• Organize and manage business acceptance testing (UAT).
• Contribute to continuous process improvement.
