Jobtailor is seeking an ERP project manager to lead client ERP implementations from design to deployment, ensuring successful outcomes and high client satisfaction.

You will coordinate functional and technical consultants, manage configurations, data migrations, testing, and training, while guarding timeline, budget, and quality. Frequent travel within France is expected with a focus on finance processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ERP consulting or ERP project management
• Experience with ERP project phases: design, configuration, testing, deployment
• Strong understanding of business processes, ideally Finance/Accounting
• Project management skills: planning, budget tracking, action planning
• Autonomy, rigor, initiative, analytical mindset and client-service orientation
• Frequent travel within France

Responsabilités

• Lead ERP projects from design through deployment and ensure client satisfaction
• Analyze client needs and define functional and technical configurations
• Draft workshop minutes and reports
• Plan and coordinate the different phases of the project
• Lead and coordinate the team of functional and technical consultants
• Specify product enhancements and interfaces
• Deliver training to key users
• Support configuration, data migration, and user acceptance testing
• Supervise project monitoring, timelines, costs, and quality
• Communicate with client contacts and project stakeholders
• Produce reporting for the project director
• Monitor and secure invoicing and the project budget
