Qualcomm France S.A.R.L. offers an internship in the Interns Group, Apprentice - Engineering. You will assist with procurement, onboarding vendors, creating purchase orders, tracking shipments, and processing invoices, gaining hands-on exposure to office and lab operations.

You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams, support onboarding for new hires and interns, help with travel arrangements, meetings, and events, and ensure compliance with Qualcomm's export policies.

Responsabilités

• Procurement Support - Assist with purchasing/ordering office and lab equipment and supplies, including onboarding vendors, obtaining approvals, creating purchase orders, tracking shipments, and processing invoices.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination - Support communications and coordination with vendors, subcontractors, landlords, headquarters and internal departments to facilitate operational activities and projects.
• Office and Facilities Operations - Assist with office and lab operations, including facilities maintenance, subcontractor coordination, landlord communication, office hygiene and security.
• Logistics and Shipping Management - Assist with preparing, sending/receiving, and tracking shipments in compliance with Qualcomm's export policies.
• Administrative, HR, and Event Support - Provide admin assistance to teams, support onboarding for new hires and interns, coordinate travel arrangements and support the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and team events.
